Which products offer pickup?
The published hotel pickup extra applies to eligible longer tours. It is unavailable on the 30-minute Mini Mud Run and the one-hour Trail Explorer and Trail Blast. Choosing three guests on a short tour does not create a free pickup entitlement. Make your own arrival plan for those products, using the confirmed meeting-point map.
How the guest count works
Pickup is B600 total for a booking of one or two guests, and free for three or more guests on eligible tours. Passengers count as guests. For example, two ATV drivers and one passenger make three guests; two drivers without passengers make two. The charge is per booking, rather than B600 per person.
What to provide
Select the appropriate pickup extra in booking and give the hotel name and address or a Google Maps link. The free option still needs the accommodation details. The published service is Pattaya hotel pickup; confirm coverage for an unfamiliar address, another district or an intercity transfer rather than assuming it is included. Pickup timing and arrangements need to match the confirmed reservation.

No. The tour and all selected extras are paid in full online.
Does this include Bangkok airport transfers?
No intercity or airport transfer inclusion is established by the Pattaya hotel pickup extra. Ask for separate confirmation.
