The public day-tour catalogue lists guided ATV and dirt bike rides. It does not publish a guaranteed private departure, an exclusivity surcharge or a fixed private group size. Booking several vehicles is not by itself confirmation that no other guests will join. Ask the team to confirm what can be offered for your date.

Send the details that shape the arrangement

Provide the date, number of riders, passengers, preferred vehicle and recent riding experience. Say why a private plan matters: a shared pace, time to build confidence or a particular group occasion. If people want different machines or very different difficulty levels, ask how the day could work rather than assuming the products can be combined.

Get a clear confirmation

Ask for the tour, duration, meeting arrangement, price, extras and any exclusivity to be stated clearly. Current capacity and guide arrangements need confirmation. Do not treat an enquiry as a reserved departure or book separate transport on the assumption that a custom timing has already been agreed.
