Collect the details that affect the ride
Ask everyone whether they want an ATV or dirt bike, whether they have ridden before and how long they would like to be out. Count ATV passengers separately from drivers. For dirt bikes, each participant needs a bike. Give the team the date and your complete group size before assuming one departure can accommodate everyone.
Book within actual capacity
The calendar checks availability for the selected tour and vehicle quantity. Seeing a tour on the website does not prove there are enough vehicles for a large party on a particular day. Ask about mixed vehicle groups or separate skill levels before booking; do not assume different products depart together or share the same route.
Coordinate the shared extras
One photo package is enough for a single booking; it is not charged for every rider. On eligible longer tours, pickup is free for three or more guests and B600 total for one or two, counting passengers. Pickup is unavailable on 30-minute and one-hour products. Use one organiser to confirm hotel details and arrival instructions.
