Choose around the whole party

Ask each person whether they want to drive, would prefer an ATV passenger place or are comfortable on a dirt bike. An enthusiastic organiser’s ability does not establish the group’s experience. A short ATV outing can suit a limited schedule; a three-hour tour commits more of the day and lists lunch. Discuss the group mix with the team first.

Make arrival straightforward

Nominate one organiser to confirm the date, count participants and share the meeting instructions. Short rides have no hotel pickup option. Eligible longer tours offer pickup subject to the published guest-count rule. Confirm hotel details and practical arrangements before promising transport to the rest of the group.

Keep riding the main activity

Off-road riding needs attention, balance and following instructions. Plan the social side of the day around being ready to ride, rather than arriving tired or unprepared. This is a guided riding booking; entertainment packages, exclusive use, group discounts and private departures are not included unless specifically agreed with the team.
